How to manually install Joomla 1.5 on a CPanel webhost

This is a two parts tutorial on how to manually install Joomla 1.5 on a shared web hosting with CPanel. Although many modern hosts allow automatic installation of Joomla, manual install is still can be useful in cases something goes wrong with the automatic installation, or just because manual installation gives you more control on the process and the outcome.
