This is a two parts tutorial on how to manually install Joomla 1.5 on a shared web hosting with CPanel. Although many modern hosts allow automatic installation of Joomla, manual install is still can be useful in cases something goes wrong with the automatic installation, or just because manual installation gives you more control on the process and the outcome. And of course it's a must for hosts which do not have automatic installer. The following tutorial is a step by step guide at the end of which you'll know how to manually install Joomla.
